We’re all about bringing you a peak shopping experience from start to finish. If you’re not completely satisfied with a product’s condition, Return / Exchange the product to us for a full refund or exchange.
First, a few details:
- All Return | Exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt of product.
- All product Return | Exchanges must be unopened | unused.
- BluPeak Botanics will only accept returns from purchases made on our websitewww.BluPeakBotanics.com.
- Customer is responsible for Return shipping costs. BluPeak Botanics is responsible for Exchange shipping costs.

**Please NOTE that we do not have a money back guarantee, as CBD does affect everyone differently. We are not able to accept back any product that has been opened or used**
If you want to Return | Exchange your unopened product and it is within 7 days of receiving it, please see our Return | Exchange Process below.
RETURN | EXCHANGE PROCESS
1) Email us at email@example.com ASAP (within the 7-day time limit) to alert us that you will be Returning | Exchanging your UNOPENED product.
2) Ship the product in the same shipping carton that you received it in (if possible). Please use the return mailing label printed on the packing list included in your shipping package, OR address the package to:

3) We recommend that you use a traceable ground shipping method (e.g. UPS or the U.S. Postal Service insured mail), so you can track your shipment back to us. Once you have shipped your product back to us – please email the tracking number to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can keep an eye out for it.
4) Once we receive your package back at our facility and can confirm it’s condition, we‘ll issue a refund for the unopened product and email you a confirmation. If your refund is being applied back to a bank card or credit card, expect the credit to appear on your account within 7-10 days after you receive the notification email.
Exchanges will be sent immediately and you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
